Harmonious Bonds Affiliate Partner Agreement

Please review the following Affiliate Partner Agreement carefully before submitting your acceptance form.

This agreement outlines the terms of participating in the Harmonious Bonds Affiliate Partner Program, including commission eligibility, customer discounts, payment arrangements, promotional responsibilities, and partnership guidelines.

 Effective Date: Upon acceptance of this Agreement, approval of the applicant by Harmonious Bonds LLC, and completion of the required affiliate registration.

This Affiliate Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions for participation in the Harmonious Bonds Affiliate Partner Program (“Program”).

1. Purpose of the Partnership

The Harmonious Bonds Affiliate Partner Program allows approved businesses and individuals to introduce their customers and communities to relationship education, personal development resources, and programs offered by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Participating affiliates have the opportunity to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their assigned referral links or personalized affiliate coupon codes.

Our goal is to establish professional, mutually beneficial partnerships that make valuable relationship education more accessible while creating additional revenue opportunities for participating businesses.

Participation in this Program is subject to the terms of this Agreement and approval by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

2. Affiliate Eligibility and Approval

Prospective affiliates must provide accurate business and contact information and complete the required agreement acceptance and registration process.

Harmonious Bonds LLC reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on the suitability of the proposed partnership, subject to applicable law.

Submitting an application or acceptance form does not automatically enroll an applicant in the Program.

Participation begins only after the applicant has accepted this Agreement, received approval from Harmonious Bonds LLC, and completed the required Kajabi affiliate registration.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this Agreement, including on behalf of a business when applicable.

Businesses operating in regulated professions, including legal, mental health, and healthcare services, are responsible for determining whether participation in a commission-based referral arrangement is permitted under their applicable professional rules and laws. Harmonious Bonds LLC may decline arrangements involving professional referral restrictions.

Affiliates participate as independent businesses or individuals and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Harmonious Bonds LLC.

3. Affiliate Commission and Eligible Programs

Approved affiliates are eligible to receive a 20% commission on qualifying purchases of designated Harmonious Bonds relationship education programs.

Eligible programs include:

• The Secure Relationship System for Men — Days 1–3.

• The Secure Relationship System for Men — Days 4–6.

• The Secure Relationship System for Men — Days 7–9.

• The Secure Relationship System for Men — Full 9-Day Program.

• The Secure Relationship System for Women — Days 1–3.

• The Secure Relationship System for Women — Days 4–6.

• The Secure Relationship System for Women — Days 7–9.

• The Secure Relationship System for Women — Full 9-Day Program.

Commissions are calculated on the qualifying purchase amount after applicable customer discounts, excluding taxes and other amounts not eligible for commissions under the applicable payment platform's calculation rules.

Each eligible purchase is treated as a separate transaction.

Purchasing a Full 9-Day Program does not generate additional commissions for the three individual course products included within that program.

Private coaching sessions, Amazon book purchases, complimentary educational resources, and other products or services are excluded unless Harmonious Bonds LLC expressly authorizes their inclusion in writing.

Referral Tracking and Attribution

Harmonious Bonds LLC uses Kajabi to track qualifying affiliate purchases through approved referral links and personalized affiliate coupon codes.

Referral links are subject to the 30-day conversion window configured by Harmonious Bonds LLC. A customer generally must complete an eligible purchase within that tracking period for a referral-link transaction to qualify.

Purchases made using a valid personalized affiliate coupon code may be attributed to the associated affiliate independently of referral-link tracking.

When multiple affiliate referrals are associated with a transaction, attribution will be determined according to Kajabi's applicable tracking rules and records.

Commissions are payable only on qualifying purchases credited to an approved affiliate through Kajabi or otherwise expressly verified and approved by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Harmonious Bonds LLC does not guarantee commissions for incomplete purchases, unsuccessful tracking, canceled transactions, or other ineligible purchases.

4. Personalized Coupon Codes and Customer Discounts

Approved affiliates may request a personalized coupon code associated with their business name, subject to availability and approval.

For example, an affiliate business named Mindful Spa may request the coupon code MINDFULSPA.

Customers using an active, valid affiliate coupon code at checkout will receive a 10% discount on eligible Harmonious Bonds relationship education programs.

Qualifying purchases made using the assigned coupon code will be tracked and credited to the appropriate affiliate in accordance with Kajabi's affiliate tracking system and applicable attribution rules.

Customer discounts apply only to eligible programs and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly permitted by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Affiliates may not create, modify, distribute, or advertise unauthorized coupon codes or promise discounts beyond those approved by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Coupon codes remain under the administration and control of Harmonious Bonds LLC and may be modified or disabled in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Commission Tracking and Payments

Harmonious Bonds LLC uses Kajabi to record qualifying affiliate referrals, purchases, and earned commissions.

Commission Holding Period

Commissions remain pending for 30 calendar days following a qualifying purchase.

After this holding period, eligible commissions become due for payment, subject to verification, refund status, transaction eligibility, and the provisions of this Agreement.

Payment Method and Schedule

Affiliate commissions are paid manually by Harmonious Bonds LLC using an approved payment method agreed upon with the affiliate.

Approved commissions will be paid within 15 calendar days after becoming due, provided the affiliate has supplied the necessary payment information and tax documentation and the transaction is not under review for a documented eligibility, refund, or fraud concern.

If payment cannot be processed due to incomplete or inaccurate information, payment may be delayed until the required information is received.

Harmonious Bonds LLC will maintain records of affiliate commission payments.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Commissions are not payable on refunded, canceled, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible purchases.

If a commission has already been paid on a transaction that is subsequently refunded, reversed, or determined to be ineligible, Harmonious Bonds LLC may request repayment or offset the overpayment against future commissions, subject to applicable law.

Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and complying with applicable tax obligations.

Harmonious Bonds LLC may request relevant tax documentation, including an IRS Form W-9 from applicable U.S. affiliates, and issue tax reporting documents when legally required.

Affiliates are responsible for their own applicable income, business, and other tax obligations arising from participation in the Program.

6. Complimentary Brochures and Promotional Resources

Harmonious Bonds LLC is pleased to support approved affiliate businesses in the Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona, areas by offering complimentary, professionally designed printed brochures and available promotional materials to share with their customers.

These materials may introduce customers to:

• Harmonious Bonds relationship education programs for men and women.

• Our complimentary 7-Day Relationship Insights email series.

• The book How to Avoid Breakups and Divorce: The Secure Relationship System for Men and Women, by Soheila Ahmadi.

• Additional relationship education and personal development resources available through Harmonious Bonds.

Approved brochures may feature the affiliate's personalized business coupon code, allowing interested customers to explore eligible programs and receive their available partner discount.

Our goal is to provide valuable information that customers can review at their convenience without requiring participating businesses or their staff to explain or sell the programs directly.

Availability for Local Business Partners

Complimentary printed brochures are available to approved affiliate partners in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas in reasonable quantities determined by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Printing, replenishment, and local delivery arrangements will be coordinated individually and are subject to availability.

Businesses Outside Scottsdale and Phoenix

Affiliates located outside these areas are encouraged to contact [email protected] to discuss brochure availability and alternative promotional materials.

Complimentary printing or shipping outside the designated local service areas is not guaranteed.

All promotional materials, printed or digital, remain subject to availability and approval by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

7. Promotional Responsibilities and Guidelines

Affiliate Partners agree to promote Harmonious Bonds professionally, accurately, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable laws.

Affiliates are expected to share our educational resources with individuals who may genuinely benefit from relationship education and personal development.

Required Affiliate Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with Harmonious Bonds LLC whenever making a compensated recommendation or endorsement, as required by applicable law.

For example:

“We are a Harmonious Bonds affiliate partner and may earn a commission if you purchase through our referral link or coupon code.”

Disclosures must be understandable and placed appropriately near the associated recommendation or promotion.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Use approved Harmonious Bonds descriptions, referral links, coupon codes, and promotional materials.

• Present program information truthfully and accurately.

• Clearly disclose applicable affiliate commissions or financial relationships.

• Respect customer privacy and confidentiality.

• Obtain permission before displaying materials at locations they do not own or control.

• Comply with applicable advertising, privacy, email marketing, and consumer protection laws.

• Make reasonable efforts to correct inaccurate promotional information when notified.

Affiliates may not:

• Make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about Harmonious Bonds programs.

• Guarantee that a program will prevent divorce, repair a relationship, or achieve a particular personal outcome.

• Present Harmonious Bonds programs as psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a replacement for licensed mental health services.

• Send unauthorized or unlawful unsolicited promotional messages.

• Use Harmonious Bonds trademarks in paid advertising or represent themselves as official Harmonious Bonds accounts without prior written permission.

• Offer unauthorized discounts, incentives, rebates, or rewards.

• Impersonate Harmonious Bonds LLC or its founder.

• Collect or share sensitive customer relationship information on behalf of Harmonious Bonds LLC without appropriate authorization.

Harmonious Bonds LLC may review affiliate promotional activities and request the correction or removal of materials that violate this Agreement.

8. Brand and Intellectual Property

The Harmonious Bonds name, trademarks, logos, program descriptions, educational content, images, videos, brochures, and other original brand materials remain the property of Harmonious Bonds LLC or their respective owners.

Affiliates receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to use approved materials solely for promoting authorized Harmonious Bonds resources during their participation in the Program.

Affiliates may not alter, resell, sublicense, reproduce for unrelated commercial purposes, or otherwise misuse Harmonious Bonds intellectual property without written authorization.

All permissions to use Harmonious Bonds promotional and brand materials terminate when participation in the Affiliate Partner Program ends.

9. Customer Relationships and Privacy

Customers independently decide whether to visit the Harmonious Bonds website, subscribe to educational resources, or purchase a program.

Affiliates are not required or authorized to collect sensitive personal relationship information on behalf of Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Customer information collected directly through the Harmonious Bonds website is managed according to the applicable privacy policies and legal requirements.

Affiliates agree not to disclose, misuse, sell, or improperly share customer information obtained in connection with the Program.

Affiliates must obtain any legally required consent before collecting or using personal information in their own marketing activities.

Participation in the Affiliate Partner Program does not authorize affiliates to access confidential customer accounts, program content, purchase records, or other private information maintained by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

10. Changes to the Affiliate Partner Program

Harmonious Bonds LLC may update eligible programs, commission rates, customer discounts, promotional materials, tracking methods, and other Program terms.

Harmonious Bonds LLC will ordinarily provide at least 15 calendar days' written notice before material changes to commission rates, customer discounts, or other significant partnership terms become effective.

Changes required by law, platform restrictions, security concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity may take effect immediately when reasonably necessary.

Changes to commission rates will apply prospectively unless otherwise agreed or legally required.

Valid commissions already earned on qualifying transactions before a change becomes effective will not be retroactively reduced solely because of that change.

Continued participation following the effective date of a properly communicated amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where legally required or reasonably appropriate, Harmonious Bonds LLC may request renewed affirmative acceptance.

11. Termination of Participation

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship by providing written notice to the other party.

Harmonious Bonds LLC may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation immediately when reasonably necessary due to:

• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

• Unauthorized or misleading promotions.

• Misuse or unauthorized disclosure of customer information.

• Unauthorized use of Harmonious Bonds branding or intellectual property.

• Material violations of this Agreement.

• Conduct that presents significant legal or reputational risk to Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately stop promoting itself as an approved Harmonious Bonds affiliate partner and discontinue use of its referral links, coupon codes, and promotional materials.

Harmonious Bonds LLC may deactivate the affiliate's access to the Program and associated referral tools.

Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to the eligibility, refund, verification, and payment provisions of this Agreement.

Termination does not automatically cancel commissions that were validly earned before the effective termination date.

No commissions are earned on purchases occurring after termination unless expressly authorized in writing by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

12. Independent Business Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent businesses or individuals.

This Agreement does not establish employment, a franchise, legal partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or authority to enter into contracts on behalf of Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Affiliates have no authority to make commitments, representations, guarantees, or agreements that legally bind Harmonious Bonds LLC.

Each party remains responsible for its own business operations, expenses, employees, contractors, applicable insurance, legal compliance, and taxes.

Except for commissions expressly earned under this Agreement, affiliates are not entitled to compensation, employee benefits, expense reimbursement, or other payments from Harmonious Bonds LLC.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where other applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Confidentiality and Business Information

During participation in the Affiliate Partner Program, affiliates may receive nonpublic information concerning promotional strategies, commission arrangements, operational processes, business records, or other confidential Harmonious Bonds information.

Affiliates agree not to disclose or misuse confidential information received through the partnership except as necessary to fulfill their responsibilities under this Agreement or as required by law.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available through no breach of this Agreement, independently developed without using confidential information, or lawfully obtained from another source without a duty of confidentiality.

Affiliates must not collect, disclose, or use personal customer information obtained through the partnership for unauthorized purposes.

These confidentiality obligations continue after termination of the affiliate relationship, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution

Each party agrees to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws when performing its obligations under this Agreement.

Affiliates are independently responsible for confirming that their business activities, professional obligations, advertising practices, and participation in commission-based referrals comply with applicable laws and regulations.

If a disagreement arises regarding commissions, referral attribution, payment arrangements, promotional activities, or termination, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith written communication.

Either party may contact the other in writing to describe the issue and request a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing lawful remedies or seeking urgent relief when appropriate.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

This Agreement, together with any written amendments expressly accepted by the parties and any policies expressly incorporated into it, constitutes the agreement between Harmonious Bonds LLC and the Affiliate Partner concerning participation in the Affiliate Partner Program.

It supersedes previous discussions, proposals, or representations concerning the same subject matter, except where the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Failure to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.

Electronic communications and records may be used in connection with this Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Agreement and Acceptance

By submitting the Harmonious Bonds Affiliate Partner Agreement Acceptance form, the applicant confirms that they:

• Have read and understood the complete Harmonious Bonds Affiliate Partner Agreement.

• Agree to the commission, customer discount, tracking, and payment provisions.

• Understand that participation in the Program requires approval by Harmonious Bonds LLC.

• Confirm that the information submitted is accurate.

• Confirm that they are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to accept this Agreement, including on behalf of the named business when applicable.

• Agree to comply with applicable laws and the promotional guidelines described in this Agreement.

• Consent to conducting the application and acceptance process electronically.

By submitting the Harmonious Bonds Affiliate Partner Agreement Acceptance form, the applicant electronically acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Agreement.

Submission does not automatically establish an approved affiliate relationship. Participation becomes effective only after approval by Harmonious Bonds LLC and completion of the required affiliate registration.
