3. No Guarantee of Relationship Results

Relationships involve many factors, including the choices, circumstances, behaviors, and participation of other individuals.

For this reason, Harmonious Bonds cannot and does not guarantee any particular relationship outcome.

Participation in a Harmonious Bonds program or coaching service does not guarantee that a relationship will begin, continue, improve, result in commitment or marriage, avoid separation or divorce, restore a past relationship, or produce any other specific outcome.

Testimonials, examples, stories, or experiences shared on our website, social media, emails, programs, or other materials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, boundaries, relationships, and results.

4. Coaching Services

Harmonious Bonds may offer individual or group coaching services.

Coaching is intended to provide education, perspective, support, and personal-development guidance.

You understand that coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, crisis intervention, legal representation, or other licensed professional treatment.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply information discussed during coaching sessions.

Appointment availability, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and missed-session policies may be stated separately on the applicable booking page, checkout page, confirmation email, or service description and will apply to that booking.

5. Programs and Digital Content

Harmonious Bonds may offer digital courses, audio lessons, quizzes, educational materials, downloads, videos, written materials, and other digital content.

Program descriptions are provided to help you understand the general subject matter and intended purpose of each program.

We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or modify program content from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchasing access to a program gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the program for your own individual educational purposes.

Program-access periods may vary by offer. Any access period stated on the sales page, checkout page, or offer at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

6. Purchases and Payments

When you purchase a Harmonious Bonds product, program, course, coaching service, or other offering, you agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, and account information.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, and available payment options will be displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.

You are responsible for all charges associated with purchases made through your account.

If a payment plan or installment arrangement is offered and selected, you agree to make all payments according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

If a payment is declined, returned, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed, Harmonious Bonds may suspend or restrict access to the applicable program, product, account, or service until the payment issue is resolved.

Where permitted by law and consistent with the applicable purchase agreement, amounts remaining due under a payment plan may remain your responsibility even if access is suspended.

7. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party providers made available through our checkout platform.

Depending on the transaction, available payment methods may include credit or debit cards, Kajabi Payments, Klarna, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported providers.

Your use of a third-party payment method may also be subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements, lending terms, or payment schedule.

Harmonious Bonds does not control the independent approval decisions or financing terms of third-party payment providers.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the product, program, course, coaching service, or other offering purchased.

Any refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy presented on the applicable sales page, offer, booking page, checkout page, or purchase terms at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

Before completing a purchase, please review the applicable purchase terms carefully.

Where a purchase is designated as non-refundable, no refund will be provided except where required by applicable law.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact Harmonious Bonds at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel any valid payment obligation.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may temporarily suspend access to the related product, program, course, account, or service while the matter is reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in termination of access or refusal of future purchases, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any lawful rights you may have with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or under applicable consumer-protection laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Purchasing a program does not transfer ownership of the program or its content to you.

You may use purchased materials only for your own personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You may not reproduce, copy, record, distribute, publish, sell, resell, share, upload, modify, create unauthorized derivative works from, publicly display, teach from, republish, license, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Harmonious Bonds materials without prior written permission.

Sharing course files, audio recordings, videos, downloads, login credentials, or other protected materials with others is prohibited.

12. User Content, Reviews, and Testimonials

From time to time, you may voluntarily submit comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, questions, photographs, messages, or other content to Harmonious Bonds.

You represent that content you submit is truthful to the best of your knowledge and does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

You remain the owner of content you submit.

By voluntarily submitting a review, testimonial, feedback, or other content for publication or promotional use, you grant Harmonious Bonds permission to reproduce, display, publish, and use that content for business, educational, or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate permissions or restrictions agreed with you.

We may edit submitted content for length, spelling, grammar, or clarity, but we will not intentionally change the substantive meaning of a testimonial.

We are not required to publish or continue displaying user-submitted content.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation before terminating access.

Refund eligibility following termination, if any, will be determined by the applicable refund policy, purchase terms, and applicable law.

Certain information shared by Harmonious Bonds through coaching, programs, private materials, internal exercises, unpublished resources, or other restricted-access services may be confidential or proprietary.

If you participate in a group coaching session, workshop, community, or other setting in which other participants share personal information, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

However, Harmonious Bonds cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality, and you should use appropriate discretion when sharing personal information in group settings.
